Shipping and Returns
Delivery Policy/Timeframe
An estimated delivery date will be provided after your order is placed. We do our best to accurately estimate when items will ship from our Facility and when they will be delivered to their destination.
These dates may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, the items you order, and what type of shipping method you select. Products may be delivered in separate shipments.
Delivery dates noted apply to orders placed by 5:00 p.m. local time and where credit approval and product availability are confirmed by 5:00 p.m. on the same business day* that the order is placed. You will be notified of the estimated delivery date in a confirmation eĞmail.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of an order of Anzen
Biosciences products in original, unused condition. To
return a product purchased through the Anzen Biosciences
online store, fill out the return address sticker enclosed with
your order and place it on your return item, sending items
to:

We cannot refund your original shipping charges unless there was an Anzen Biosciences error involved, such as a defective product or wrong item received. In these situations, you should contact our customer service representatives (800-544-8502) prior to returning your items (please have your order number available). Once the items are received, you will be credited with the appropriate refund. In general, the entire return process can take about four weeks to complete.
Exchanges:
To exchange a product, please order the replacement
product(s) and return the original(s) for refund. Please note
that it may take up to 4 weeks to complete the entire
return/refund process.
